Trifon Papapanagiotou is a Diploma graduate of the Department of Financial and Management Engineering of the University of Aegean and a postgraduate of the MSc in Finance and Financial Information Systems, of the Department of Finance and Accounting of the University of Greenwich. Mr. Papapanagiotou is a PhD candidate of the Department of Economics, of the Aristotle University in Thessaloniki and is also a scientific scholar of the A.U.TH. Research Institute. He has published academic papers in a reputable scientific journals refereed, in International scientific Conferences and in proceedings of National Conferences. He has been awarded from the University of Greenwich for the best departmental postgraduate thesis for the academic year of 2009-2010 and has received a distinction award in the National Conference of ‘Entrepreneurship and Innovation’ with his team, for a research project in Bio-Statistical Analysis of Medical Data. Since 2013, Eirini is a PhD Candidate at the Department of Economics, Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. In 2010 she holds a Bachelor in Accounting and Finance, from the Business School of the University of Macedonia and she has a Master in Accounting and Finance, from the University of Macedonia, Business School, Department of Accounting and Finance. She is working as a lecturer at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Faculty of Economic Sciences and has also teaching experience in the private education sector.

Yannis is an economist – entrepreneur and a PhD candidate at the University of Macedonia. He graduated from the Department of Business Administration of the University of Macedonia, where he also completed his postgraduate studies, gaining an MBA. Since January 2015, he holds a position as an executive in Managing Digital Health Services, Department of Digital Health Services, Ministry of Health. Stavroula Spyropoulou was employed in Hiraclis company since 2005 to 2009, where she has been the coordinator of projects, tools and performance of the Supply Chain. She is responsible for career planning and development processes in organisations, providing career guidance services. Dr. Markaki is responsible for conducting surveys and researches both in Greece and abroad. She collaborates in the private sector as head of the management for human resources processes. She has conducted more than 3,200 interviews in recent years. She has worked in the Greek Broadcasting Corporation (ERT), the regional channel Blue Sky, the Athens 2004 Olympic Games in Athens Olympic Broadcasting (AOB), in consulting companies and in VPRC polls and surveys company. Theodore Katis
Thedore Katis has studied Hotel & Tourism Administration to the School of Tourism Professions in Rhodes and he graduated in 2000. The same year, he moved to the United Kingdom where he completed his postgraduate studies on International Hotel Management to the University of Surrey. He was employed to the Athens Metropolitan Hotel and the Astir Palace Vouliagmeni as part of his work placement, where he held positions in restaurants, events management, bar, reception, pricing and reservations. In October 2003 he took over the position of Staff Leader at the Sponsors Hospitality Center during the Olympic Games. The Sponsors Hospitality Center was a facility purposed to accommodate the company representatives of the sponsors of the Olympic Games. In November 2004, he joined Yes!Hotels & Restaurants. He first joined Yes!Hotels & Restaurants at the reception and reservations department and then joined the Sales & Marketing Department as a Sales Executive. Chatzopoulou Evi is a PhD candidate in Marketing in the Department of Business Administration, University of Piraeus. She holds a Bachelor Degree in Economics from University of Macedonia, Greece and a Master of Science (M.Sc) in Management from Staffordshire Business School, Staffordshire University, UK. She has attended many scientific meetings, seminars and conferences. So far, she has presented her research in international conferences (AMS, EMAC, IAPNM, CMC). She has worked as business and marketing consultant in Greece.

Margarita Gamaletsou
Margarita Gamaletsou holds a Bachelor degree in Operational Research and Marketing and an MBA degree from Athens University of Economics and Business. She is a CRS Certified Practitioner from the Institute of Environmental Management and Assessment. Her career started in 1999 and she mostly has held important positions in Corporate Communication. In 2003, she got a position in Greek Water Supply Company as a financial analyst to the Financial Direction department. In 2006 she was a member of the Managing Director’s consulting team and in December 2007 she got promoted as a Corporate Communications Manager, when she got involved with Corporate Responsibility, investment and corporate communication. Manos Yannoulakis
Manos Yannoulakis has studied hospitality and tourism at the Higher Hotel Institute in Cyprus and the University of Luton. Since 2001 he has worked in different hotels in Greece in different departments and managerial positions (Grand Resort Lagonisi, King George Palace, Porto Rio Hotel and Casino, Civitel Hotels and Resorts et al.) He is a member of the American Hotel and Motel Association and the Dratte. Teaches: Food and Beverage management.
Demetrios Kongas
Demetrios holds a BA and an MA in Sociology from the University of Essex. His research interests are in the area of organizational theory, consumer behaviour, labour relations, industrial conflict, culture, leadership and education. He has written a book on organizational theory and personnel management and is currently writing books on consumer behaviour and sociology. Demetrios Kongas is the Programme Leader of Undergraduate Programmes in the School of Business at Mediterranean College, Athens, Greece, and responsible for teaching the modules Developing Personal Leadership, Understanding People in Organisations, Ethics and Social Responsibility, Consumer Bahaviour and International Entrepreneurship. Michael Geranios holds a PhD in Operations and Supply Chain Management from the University of Aegean. Dr. Vassilis Angouras
Vassilis Angouras studied Political Science and Public Administration in the University of Athens and holds a Ph.D. and a Master of Science in Social Science from the University of Edinburgh plus an executive Master in Healthcare Administration from the Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers of Paris. Since 1995 he has worked in various positions in the private and public healthcare sector in Greece either as a business consultant, either as a business unit manager or as head of hospital. Over the years he has headed four NHS hospitals and now serves as a special advisor to the Minister of Health. Outside the healthcare sector, he has also worked for the Hellenic National Telecommunications and Postal commission. Teaches: Health systems management.
