Since 2009, Georgia is an HR Director at The MET Hotel of the Chandris Group. She served for 6 years as Director of Personnel and Development at Sani Resort & Oceania Club. She holds a Master of Science in Human Resources & Development from the University of Stirling. She has an extensive teaching experience through her cooperation with the Alexander Technological Educational Institute of Thessaloniki and here employment in the private education sector.

Alexandros began his undergraduate studies in Business Administration at the University of Surrey, Guildford, UK, and continued his MA in Hospitality Management at Cornell University in New York. In recent years he has worked as a Project Manager at Electra Hotels & Resorts and has worked in the UK, at the Athenaeum Intercontinental, in Skopelos Village and has also worked as an adviser to Tri hospitality consulting.

Ioannis holds an Accounting Degree, a Master of Science in Accounting and Finance from the University of Southampton in Great Britain and a PhD from the University of Macedonia, department of Applied Informatics. The focus of his PhD was on International Accounting Standards and Financial Accounting. Regarding his career experience, he is co-owner and co-manager of a hospitality unit (bungalows) located in Halkidiki. Since 2006, he is also the owner and manager of an Accounting – Taxation office. Since 2008, he has been teaching at an undergraduate and postgraduate level at TEI (Technological Educational Institute) of Thessaloniki and Serres as a research associate in the departments of Tourism Administration, Accounting, Marketing and Logistics and also demonstrates a remarkable research activity by writing papers for international scientific conferences and journals.

Evangelia Psarommati has a cross-cultural working experience within the Management, Marketing and Communication field, specialised in the areas of Tourism, Sports and Culture. She is a University of Athens graduate, department of Physical Education and Sports Science. She holds a Master’s Degree in Recreation, Parks and Tourism with concentration in Leadership from Virginia Com. University, USA.  She has proven professional track record from private and public sector, corporations, institutions and non-governmental organisations in Greece and abroad. Strategic planning and implementation, partnerships and alliances development, stakeholders credibility establishment, fundraising and crisis management are some of the main responsibilities she has undertaken working on a senior level. She has worked with (indicative): Octagon - Events and Sports Marketing (Olympic Sponsorship Consultant), Bespoke (CSR Consultant), Dentsu Promoseven - Sports Marketing Agency, Asia (Sponsorships and Hospitality Consultant), SETE - Association of Greek Tourist Enterprises (Public Relations Manager), GNTO - Greek National Tourism Organization (Executive Advisor).

Trifon Papapanagiotou is a Diploma graduate of the Department of Financial and Management Engineering of the University of Aegean and a postgraduate of the MSc in Finance and Financial Information Systems, of the Department of Finance and Accounting of the University of Greenwich. Mr. Papapanagiotou is a PhD candidate of the Department of Economics, of the Aristotle University in Thessaloniki and is also a scientific scholar of the A.U.TH. Research Institute. He has published academic papers in a reputable scientific journals refereed, in International scientific Conferences and in proceedings of National Conferences. He has been awarded from the University of Greenwich for the best departmental postgraduate thesis for the academic year of 2009-2010 and has received a distinction award in the National Conference of ‘Entrepreneurship and Innovation’ with his team, for a research project in Bio-Statistical Analysis of Medical Data. He is a member of the Economic Chamber of Greece since 2008 and holds professional licenses of Tax Accountant and Economist. His research activities mainly focus on financial engineering, financial risk management, portfolio analysis and optimisation, financial operational research, financial instruments market analysis and specifically the funds and derivatives sectors. He has many years of professional activity, as he has been occupied in various fields of the Public and Private Sector in Greece, such as the Agricultural Bank of Greece, the Ministry of the Aegean, the Financial Department of Chios General Hospital.

She started her studies at the Technological Educational Institute of Larissa, where she received a degree in Tourism Management and continued with a Master in Business Administration (MBA) with specialization in Human Resource Management at the University of Macedonia. She has worked in several five star hotels such as Kempinski Hotel Nikopolis Thessaloniki, Porto Sani Village Suites and Asterias Suites of Sani Resort. In recent years she has been working with the Alexander Technological Educational Institute of Thessaloniki as a scientific associate. Since October 2016 she is the program Leader of the School of Hospitality, Tourism and Culinary Arts of Mediterranean college of Thessaloniki.

Dionysia Panagopoulou is an acknowledged professional in the hospitality industry with deep knowledge of Greek Tourism and specialisation in Hotel Business Administration. She graduated from the Technological Educational Institution of Athens with a B.A. in Business Administration. Then, she specialised in the Hotel Business. She started her career at Capsis S.A. and she has since worked as an executive in well-known hotels corporations, such as Divani Caravel S.A, Grecotel and Athenaeum Intercontinental.

Since 2013, Eirini is a PhD Candidate at the Department of Economics, Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. In 2010 she holds a Bachelor in Accounting and Finance, from the Business School of the University of Macedonia and she has a Master in Accounting and Finance, from the University of Macedonia, Business School, Department of Accounting and Finance. She is working as a lecturer at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Faculty of Economic Sciences and has also teaching experience in the private education sector.

Yannis is an economist – entrepreneur and a PhD candidate at the University of Macedonia. He graduated from the Department of Business Administration of the University of Macedonia, where he also completed his postgraduate studies, gaining an MBA. He has worked as a consultant in various consultancy agencies (2005-2007), as an analyst at the Federation of Industries of Northern Greece (2007-2008) as well as a scientific associate to former MP Vasileios Geranidis (2008-2012). Today he is active in the area of Business Consultancy and Energy. He is the author of a number of articles that have been published on newspapers and magazines.

Dimitra Karathanassi is a highly qualified Τourism expert. With a Diploma of the famous Hotel Management School “Les Roches”, in Switcherland, she has started her career in London with the Hilton company and returned to Greece in 1995. She worked for more than 12 years for the largest Hotel Chain in Greece, “The Daskalantonakis Group”, at all Sales and Marketing positions of the company and coached a large team of sales personnel, in Greece and abroad as the Executive Director (Commercial). Since 2008 she has her own private company and works as a Hotel Management Consultant. She also has a wider knowledge of the Greek Tourism industry.

Maria Karafoulidou studied at the University of Macedonia in the Department of Educational and Social Policy of the School of Social Sciences and Humanities and continued her postgraduate studies at the University of Leeds in the UK by acquiring the Master of Arts in Human Resources Development and Lifelong Learning. She has worked for 6 years as a HR manager at the Sani Resort & Oceania Club hotel in Halkidiki. Since April 2015 she has been working as a Training Manager at Ikos Resorts & Sani Resort.

Managing Director with 30 years experience in managerial positions with leading Greek and multinational companies in the hotel sector in Greece and abroad. Particular experience in ISO 22000 / HACCP, Crisis Management, Human Resources Management, Hotel Management, Managing Total Quality Systems, Planning, Organisation and Management of Hospitality Launches, Oenologists, and Green Key Certification (EMA). He holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Cornell University. He has worked for well-known and successful Hotel corporations, such as Starwood hotels & resorts worldwide, INC. Greece, Hyatt Regency. He is Head Internal Auditor for ISO 9000, 9001, 22000 - IRCA certified, as well as holder of several diplomas in wine tasting and wine sales techniques from the Wine Spectator School.

Gerasimos Simeonidis is a BSc Business Administration holder from ATEI ATHENS and an MSc Sports Management and the Business of Football from Birkbeck, University of London receiving merit with specialization in football corporate governance. Additionally, he has completed successfully numerous on-line professional and academic certificates. He is member of Hellenic Scientific Association of Sport & Recreation Management (HSASMR), responsible for sponsorship agreements. Creating ad-hoc attractive sponsorship packages for various sports organizations packages as well as conducting detailed research on Sports Sponsorships ROI is his main professionally activity. He is also an associate of Greek Men’s Professionally Volleyball League regarding its commercial development and during the past he was involved in selling media rights for sporting events worldwide.

He holds an MA in Information Systems and Programming from the Greek Open University. He graduated from the Physics department at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and since 1994 he has a rich teaching experience at various levels of education. His recent research interests are focused on the application of web mining techniques in news portal data. He deals with the writing of educational material in e-learning programs in the field of Web Development and Web Design. He also provides educational support for learners who participate in these programs. During the last year, he published articles and he participated in conferences dealing with education and its connection with the labor market.Teaches: "Computational Mathematics".

Dr. George Stergiopoulos is a Senior Researcher and IT Security Consultant. He has a PhD degree at Information Security software and Critical Infrastructure Protection from the Department of Informatics, Athens University of Economics and Business, an MSc degree in Information Technology from Athens University of Economics and Business and a BSc degree in Computer Science from the University of Piraeus. He is a member of the Information Security and Critical Infrastructure Protection (INFOSEC) Laboratory (www.infsec.aueb.gr).  He is also an Adjunct Lecturer for the University of Derby. His current research interests focus on Critical Infrastructure Protection, Risk Assessment, Application Security and Software Engineering. His professional experience includes working as a Risk Assessment consultant in projects using ISO-certified methodologies for developing enterprise Security Plans, Business Continuity Plans, Destruction Recovery plans and assessing enterprises against IT threats and risks through governance, compliance, identification, and validation. Tasos Stylianou received his Doctorate Degree (Ph.D.) from the Department of Applied Informatics at the University of Macedonia (UoM) in Greece. He also holds an MSc from the Department of Applied informatics - “Business informatics” – and an MS in “Economic Science” - Applied Economics and Finance - from the Department of Economics of the University of Macedonia. His bachelor degree is in “Applied informatics” from Macedonia University of Thessaloniki. He has many scientific papers published in international journals and he has presented his work at a number of international academic conferences and proceedings. In addition he is a reviewer in international journals and his current and past teaching activity comprises the delivery of a wide range of computer science modules. Teaches: " Indipendent studies”.

Nikolaos Tsolis is a graduate of the Department of Information Technology, Greek Open University (2006). He holds a postgraduate degree in Health Services Administration, Greek Open University and is a PhD candidate in the Department of Information technology of the University of Piraeus, researching Health Computing. He has long standing professional experience in Health, has served positions in Health Computing project management and consultant at the Ministry of Health in IT & Telecommunications issues. He has publications in scientific journals and conferences. He speaks English and French. Teaches: "Introduction to Computer Science", "Application Development".

Vasilis Vogkas has completed his BSc in Information Systems in the Computer Science of University of Calabria in Italy at 1997 and continued for his second undergraduate title BEng in Electrical and Electronic Engineering in University of Glamorgan in the U.K at 2000.  He continued with scholarship his MSc in Computer Networks and Distributed Systems in Trinity College of Dublin in Ireland, which he completed in 2001. After that he continued with one more Master Degree in Business Administration (MBA) in the University of Glamorgan which he completed in 2002. He has worked in INTEL Corporation as a Network Engineer and other IT companies in the area. Currently he is working as a Technical Manager in JinxSoft Company which specializes in programming applications and games for Smartphones. He has participated in various Research projects, sponsored by the European Union through the Economic University of Athens (ASSOE). His research interests include programming of computer applications and mobile devices as well Relational Database Administration. Nikolaos Misirlis received his Bachelor in Computer Science from the University of L’Aquila in Italy (2005) and his Master degree in Multimedia Programming from the Hellenic Open University (2013). He currently completes his research for his dissertation in “Social media analytics and behavioral analysis of SNS users on digital marketing” which will lead on the PhD degree. He has published so far 3 peer-reviewed scientific papers in international journals and 1 in international conference proceedings.  His research interests focus on the behavioral analysis of media users, data analytics, graphs and digital marketing. His current and past teaching activity comprises the delivery of a wide range of teaching modules, including Programming languages, digital marketing, and algorithms. He has an international background as student and employee since he has studied and worked in Italy, Spain, Portugal, Serbia and Greece. Teaches: "Computational Mathematics”.

Panagiotis Perakis received his BSc degree in Physics, his MSc degree in Information and Communication Technologies and his PhD in Informatics from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, Greece. He subsequently worked as a post-doctoral researcher at the Dept. of Computer and Information Science of the NTNU-University, Norway. His research interests include computer graphics, computer vision, artificial intelligence and physics-based modeling and simulation. He has a strong publication record in top scientific journals and conferences, and he is a member of the IEEE Computer Society. Teaches: "Graphics I", "Software Engineering", "Team Project".

Christos Kouroupetroglou was awarded his PhD in 2010 and his thesis subject was "Semantically enhanced web browsing interfaces". During his PhD research he investigated the impact of Semantic-Web based assistive interfaces in web browsing. He worked for a period of approximately 5 years in a variety of research programmes in the ATEI of Thessaloniki. The most important of them was SeEBrowser project (http://seebrowser.it.teithe.gr/), which was funded by the Greek ministry of Education and aimed to provide a set of tools to improve web browsing experience of visually impaired users. In parallel, he also taught as a scientific and laboratory associate at the ATEI of Thessaloniki and in Mediterranean college of Thessaloniki in modules related to Internet Programming, Databases and Applications Development and Administration. His latest research efforts include the participation in the e-Accessibility2020 study (http://www.e-accessibility2020.eu/ , which aimed to explore and analyze the referred relationships between the emerging ICT landscape, in the societal and economic context and the development and provision of assistive technologies (AT) and e-Accessibility, within a perspective of 10 years and he is also a member of the W3C WAI RDWG (http://www.w3.org/WAI/RD/). Apart from web accessibility his research interests also include HCI especially adaptive and intelligent interfaces, Semantic Web and Web 2.0 technologies and mobile HCI. Evangelia Kolega has received her PhD from the National Technical University of Athens (NTUA). Her main research issues are WSN applications of large scale and even on Body Area Networks. Moreover, she is involved in projects regarding Network Security and IP networks. Until very recently, she has served as a research fellow at National Hazards Centre of NTUA. Eva received her MSc degree in Networked Information Systems from the University of Piraeus and the Diploma in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the NTUA, Athens, Greece. She has worked for over 17 years as a network engineer and researcher for network companies, academic and research institutions. Some of them are the Greek Research and Technology Network (GRnet), the Computer Technology Institute of Patreus, the Network Operations Centre (N.O.C.) of the University of Piraeus and the N.O.C. of Technological Educational Institute (T.E.I.) of Athens. Eva has participated in a number of well known national network projects and in EU ones such as RESMA and EMEA. She has written a reasonable number of papers for journals, books and conferences published in their proceedings. Teaches: "Databases", "Programming I & II", "Foundations of Compute Science".

Dr. Mata Ilioudi graduated in 2004 from the Department of Informatics, University of Piraeus. She continued her postgraduate studies at the Department of Informatics at the Athens University of Economics & Business, where in 2005 she received her Master of Science in Information Systems. She holds a PhD from the University of Peloponnese and has published papers in the field of IT, and especially of Health Informatics. At the same time, she has contributed to scientific journals as a reviewer. Her presence in the field of education began in 2005, and, among other things, she has taught in the School of Programmers of the Greek Army and Vocational Training Institutes. She is also an external collaborator of the Laboratory of Applied Digital Health Economics and Health (DigiTHEA Lab) Department of Economics, University of Peloponnese. In addition, she has worked as an Analyst and Project Manager for the monitoring and implementation of all the development phases in IT projects in both the public and the private sector. Her research activity is mainly focused on electronic health, and system for health quality improvement, applications, and information systems in health care organizations. Thanasis Goudosis has a degree on Mathematics from the University of the Aegean (1998), Master In Science in Information Security from the Information Security Group, Royal Holloway and Bedford new College, UNIVERSITY OF LONDON, Egham, London (United Kingdom) (1999) and since 2015 he is a Candidate PhD student of Piraeus University, School of Information Technology and Communications, Department of Digital Systems. He has worked in the private sector as Information Security Consultant and various IT positions in public sector. He has participated in a number of European projects and has publications in conferences and a journal. Areas of particular research interest are the public key encryption and the information security in basic infrastructures. Teaches: "Networks & Security", "Ethical Hacking".

Qualified Electrical Engineer by the National Technical University of Athens (NTUA) and DEA of the Paris 6 University. He worked for SAGEM as telecommunications R&D engineer. With his return in Greece he has been involved in the design and support of nationwide information systems. At the same time he is an active instructor, with specialization in Data Networking and Telecommunications. He has worked in the design and implementation of Cisco-based networking infrastructure and he is also a Cisco Certified Academy Instructor. As a graduate from the School of Computer Science and Telecommunications in the University of Athens, he was awarded a scholarship to complete his Master’s Degree in Communication Systems and Signal Processing, at the University of Bristol (with distinction). He worked for three years as a telecommunications engineer and researcher for wireless networks, at ProVision Communications. The context of research involved the enhancement of wireless network technologies regarding video applications, the enhancement of antennas and other technical issues. Role responsibilities also involved the mentoring of postgraduate students for their dissertations in collaboration with the University of Bristol. He holds a patent (shared with Prof. Andrew Nix) titled “Antenna Assembly for a Wireless Communication Device” (WO2012004602), published on 12th January 2012. He has also been awarded a runner up position at NMI (National Microelectronics Institute of UK) as Young Engineer of the Year 2009. Back to Greece, he has been working for the last three years as a software engineer at SeaSoft – Shipping Application, for shipping applications. His interest has also focused on education, teaching students on programming, computer science and telecommunications. Elvira-Maria Arvanitou is PhD candidate in the Department of Mathematics and Computer Science of the University of Groningen (Netherlands). In February 2013, she finished her postgraduate studies in Information Systems at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (Greece). She graduated from the Technological Education Institute of Thessaloniki with a degree in Computer Science in September 2011. She has published papers in international conferences and academic journals. Her research interests are focused on reverse engineering, software maintainability, software quality management, open source software engineering and software design. Dr. Apostolos Ampatzoglou is a Guest Researcher at the Department of Computer Science of the University of Groningen, where he carries out research in the area of software engineering. In the period 2013-2016 he was an Assistant Professor at the same department, carrying out research and teaching in software engineering.  He holds a BSc on Information Systems (2003), an MSc on Computer Systems (2005) and a PhD in Software Engineering by the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (2012). His current research interests are focused on technical debt, reverse engineering, software maintainability, software quality management, open source software engineering and software design. He has published more than 45 papers in international journals and conferences. He is/was involved in over 10 research and development projects in Information & Communication Technologies with funding from national and international organizations. Finally, he serves as a reviewer in numerous leading journals of the software engineering domain, and as a member of various international conference program committees. Georgia Akakiadou has graduated from the Department of Informatics, of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and holds a postgraduate degree “Master in Computer Science” from the same department with title: “Computer Networks – Communications – Systems Architecture”. She was an associate lecturer in the Technological Educational Institute, while she has been an active educator in compulsory secondary education since 2008. She is also an associate member in technical support and training department of TechVisions (IT company, Thessaloniki). Her research interests include all aspects of Optical Communications, Photonic Systems and Networks Security. Teaches: «Introduction to Computer Science”, “Networks and Security”, “Foundations of Computer Science”, “Networking fundamentals”.

Born in Athens in 1988. He graduated from ATEI of Athens with 7,25 /10 with a degree in physiotherapy. He has undertaken internships and voluntary jobs in Henry Dunant Hospital and Panellinios Athletic Club, as well as paid jobs in physiotherapy clinics and nursing facilities. Moreover, he has worked with several football clubs as well as the National Greek Track and Field team providing first aid care, injury prevention strategies and rehabilitation when needed. At present, he is working as a lecturer in private colleges in Greece. Moreover he has graduated from Cardiff University’s MSc in Sport and Exercise Physiotherapy, which enabled him to improve his skills in this field. Recently, he was accepted in the Medical School of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. He has taken part in seminars and congresses concerning Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation in UK and Greece, mostly specialised in musculoskeletal, neurological and sport physiotherapy pathologies. Finally he had made presentations in conferences and seminars both in the UK and Greece. Teaches: Surgeries in sport injuries, Kinesiotherapy, Sport Massage.

Dr Maria Mitsiou is an Adapted Physical Educator who graduated from the Physical Education and Sport Science Department of τηε Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTh) and from the Physiotherapy Department of Technological Educational Institute (A.T.E.I.) of Thessaloniki. She is specialiσed in Musculoskeletal Disorders. She has completed the MSc programμε “Physical activity and Quality of Life” in the Physical Education and Sport Science Department of τηε Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, were she was first in her class having a special interest on Psychomotor Therapy. She was awarded her PhD in the “Effects of music, exercise and physical therapy during haemodialysis on the cardiac autonomous nervous system” from the same University with specialisation in Cardiac Rehabilitation. In between her PhD studies she received a training fellowship as the best PhD student from the Research Committee (AUTh). She completed successfully the four Greek sign language courses and gained her certification. Dr Mitsiou is also certified in reading and writing Braille system. She is active in higher education focused on topics of Health and Social Care: Sports Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Alternative Tourism, Physical Activity, Disability and Rehabilitation, Chronic diseases and Rehabilitation, Adapted Physical Education, Quality of Life, Telerehabilitation. She is also involved in research as a Research Associate  at the Sports Medicine Laboratory of Physical Education and Sport Science (DPESS, AUTh), at the Developmental Medicine and Special Education Laboratory (DPESS, AUTh), and at the AHEPA University General Hospital of Thessaloniki. She has a plethora of publications and presentations in international conferences/symposiums.  She is a Volunteer First Aid Instructor and Nurse in Red Cross Department of Thessaloniki since 2009. Teaches “Foundations in Health, Social Care and Professional Practice”, “Applied Structure and Function of the Human Body”, “Foundation in Human Sciences”.

Christos Ntoumanis qualified as a Speech and Language Therapist after graduating from Cardiff Metropolitan University, and received his Master of Science (MSc) in Speech Difficulties from the University of Sheffield. He is a member of the Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists (RCSLT), registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), and a member of the Panhellenic Association of Logopedics (PSL). Christos has a professional interest in developmental speech and language disorders, fluency and voice disorders, and a special interest in developing professional skills and resilience in Health Professions students.  He has been volunteering and working as a freelance Speech and Language Therapist since 2013. Teaches: ‘’ Scholarship for Health Professionals’’.

Sarantis was born in Athens in 1981. He graduated from the 4th high-school in Kallithea, he studied in the Physiotherapy Department of Charles University with scholarship and received his bachelor degree title as Physiotherapist in 2003. He continued his studies at a Master’s level at the same University, where he was awarded with scholarship, and he specialised in “Musculoskeletal and Neurological Rehabilitation”. In 2005 he came back to Greece and he was licensed as a physiotherapist after attending two semesters in the A.T.E.I. of Lamia physiotherapy programme. He has attended a number of seminars and courses regarding musculoskeletal rehabilitation (lower limb biomechanics, orthotics construction, myofascial release techniques, upper limb rehabilitation, taping, explain pain). Moreover, he has been certified from the Hellenic Institute of McKenzie therapy (cert.MTD) and the Manual Therapy courses of H.OMT-D. Between 2006 and 2008 he worked in a number of physiotherapy clinics and sport clubs treating patients with musculoskeletal problems and he was a physiotherapy tutor. Since 2008, he is the owner of the physical therapy center of musculoskeletal rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise “Physiogen”. Athanasios is a graduate Physiotherapist from the School of Health and Welfare, of Technological Educational Institute of Thessaloniki in 2012. He completed his MSc in Sports & Exercise Medicine at the Queen Mary University of London in 2014. He has worked in private clinics in Volos, Thessaloniki and London with main focus on musculoskeletal and sports injuries. He was the 1^st Team Physiotherapist of Niki Volou FC for the 15-16’ season. He has attended numerous seminars in Greece and abroad and has trained in the application of Western acupuncture. He is a former member of Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP) and current member of the ACPSEM (Association of Chartered Physiotherapists in Sports & Exercise Medicine) .In 2016, he set up a Rehabilitation and Sports Injury centre called '' PeakPhysio '' in Thessaloniki, as a co-owner with Zoi Monogeni. Dr. Maroula Vasilopoulou was born in 1984 in Athens. In 2011 she completed her Master degree at Biology of Exercise in Department of Physical Education and Sports Science with specialisation in Ergophysiology, while in 2016 she completed her PhD studies at the same department with excellent grade. Her professional career began in 2006 as Clinical Exercise Physiologist in pulmonary rehabilitation programmes for patients with chronic diseases. She has participated in several clinical research studies in patients with chronic diseases and athletes. She also has publications in international journals in the field of Ergophysiology, pulmonary rehabilitation, tele-rehabilitation and chronic care as well as numerous presentations in international conferences, where she has been awarded. Elpida Roussakou is a graduate of the department of Public Health, Technological Educational Institute of Athens (A.T.E.I.).  In 2016 she completed her MSc studies "Health and Safety in the Workplace" which is organised by the Medical Department of the Democritus University of Thrace in collaboration with the Departments of Public Health and Nursing of A.T.E.I of Athens. She has attended a number of conferences and seminars related to Public Health, Epidemiology and Health Services. She has taken part at the 11th National Conference on Management, Economics and Health Policies (2015) and at the 11th National Conference of Public Health and Health Services (2016) presenting her work "Health and Safety of the Modern Residence in Crisis Periods". Athanasios Mandroukas is a distinct graduate of Sports Science (BSc) from Charles University in Prague. He also holds a masters degree (MSc) in sports and exercise science from Leeds Beckett University (UK). His Master’s dissertation analyses the methodology and reliability of repetitive measurements. During, - and following the completion of - his masters studies, he worked as a part time Physical Education lecturer in secondary education schools. He has worked as a coach in football players of developmental ages and was also in charge of the laboratory based modules, in terms of supporting university students and also assessing third party test results. He has a plethora of publications in internationally credible journals, as well as presentations in international conferences/symposiums. His scientific record has been recognised at an international level, with numerous citations from several other scientists. Since the 2015-16 season, he is responsible of the Physical Condition of a premier league, football club in Thessaloniki (Iraklis FC 1908), as well as a football coach in developmental ages. Katerina Spanidi is a musculoskeletal physiotherapist and clinical pilates instructor, currently owning a private physiotherapy clinic in Athens. Katerina graduated from the Technological Educational Institute (A.T.E.I.) of Patras, department of Physiotherapy in 2009 and following 2 years of professional experience in a variety of physiotherapy fields, she applied for the MSc in Advanced Manipulative Physiotherapy in the University of Birmingham (UK) from which she graduated in 2013. She has worked in several public and private physiotherapy clinics both in Greece and the UK and her areas of expertise are mainly musculoskeletal pathologies, athletic injuries and post-surgical rehabilitation. She is a full member of the HCPC, CSP, MACP, AACP and the Pan-Hellenic Association of Chartered Physiotherapists. Adamantia Dimitrakopoulou is a physiotherapist specialized in neurological disorders. She has taken part in 2 international conferences, presenting her work about ‘The role of physiotherapy profession in Greece’. Nikolaos Tsolis is a graduate from the Computing School, Greek Open University (2006). He holds an MSc in Health Management, from the Greek Open University and his thesis was on «Relating computing attitude with computing systems development: The case of the General Hospital of Athens “Georgios Gennimatas” (2013)» He is a PhD candidate in the Computing Department of University of Piraeus  researching on Digital Health. He has many years of professional experience in the area of Health, as he has taken over very important responsibilities during his career in Computing Project Management in Health. Since January 2015, he holds a position as an executive in Managing Digital Health Services, Department of Digital Health Services, Ministry of Health. Since 2011, he is also responsible for protecting personal data in Integrated Computing Systems in Health. Stavroula Spyropoulou was employed in Hiraclis company since 2005 to 2009, where she has been the coordinator of projects, tools and performance of the Supply Chain. Her main responsibilities included project management in the Logistics Department, mathematical programming tools managing to optimise the total cost of the supply chain, as well as the establishment and monitoring of the key performance indicators (KPI'S) of the department. Previously, she worked at the Deutsche Bank in Germany, and as a consultant at PWC in Switzerland and Greece. He has extended teaching experience, professional experience in private companies and public organizations and he has also participated in a variety of research projects.

Thedore Katis has studied Hotel & Tourism Administration to the School of Tourism Professions in Rhodes and he graduated in 2000. The same year, he moved to the United Kingdom where he completed his postgraduate studies on International Hotel Management to the University of Surrey. He was employed to the Athens Metropolitan Hotel and the Astir Palace Vouliagmeni as part of his work placement, where he held positions in restaurants, events management, bar, reception, pricing and reservations. In October 2003 he took over the position of Staff Leader at the Sponsors Hospitality Center during the Olympic Games. The Sponsors Hospitality Center was a facility purposed to accommodate the company representatives of the sponsors of the Olympic Games. In November 2004, he joined Yes!Hotels & Restaurants. Nikos Kanellos holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from University of Piraeus and Master’s Degree in Marketing and Operations Research from Polytechnic University of New York , USA. He has been Senior Manager in FMCG companies for more than 20 years ,in Greek and International Market – Balkans , USA , Africa , Arab countries- disposes a wide experience in Strategic Marketing, Sales, Customer Service and Management topics. In his 10 years of academic-training career , he has been teaching in New York City Community College and Private Educational Institutes in Greece while as a certified adult instructor with more than 3,000 teaching hours he has trained a big number of managers of all levels.

Chatzopoulou Evi is a PhD candidate in Marketing in the Department of Business Administration, University of Piraeus. She holds a Bachelor Degree in Economics from University of Macedonia, Greece and a Master of Science (M.Sc) in Management from Staffordshire Business School, Staffordshire University, UK. She is a CRS Certified Practitioner from the Institute of Environmental Management and Assessment. Her career started in 1999 and she mostly has held important positions in Corporate Communication. In 2003, she got a position in Greek Water Supply Company as a financial analyst to the Financial Direction department. In 2006 she was a member of the Managing Director’s consulting team and in December 2007 she got promoted as a Corporate Communications Manager, when she got involved with Corporate Responsibility, investment and corporate communication. Manos Yannoulakis has studied hospitality and tourism at the Higher Hotel Institute in Cyprus and the University of Luton. Since 2001 he has worked in different hotels in Greece in different departments and managerial positions (Grand Resort Lagonisi, King George Palace, Porto Rio Hotel and Casino, Civitel Hotels and Resorts et al.) He is a member of the American Hotel and Motel Association and the Dratte. Teaches: Food and Beverage management.

Theognosia graduated from the Psychology Department of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and got a Master’s Degree in Counseling from the University of Sheffield. She specialized in Special Education through the Lifelong Learning Programme of the University of Western Macedonia in the city of Florina and until now she completes the second Master's degree also in Special Education and Rehabilitation of the University of Macedonia. After many years of experience at the association "The Smile of the Child" she is a specialist in matters concerning children, adolescents, parents and teachers and also very capable in group therapy. Also, she has knowledge on play therapy techniques that she uses at individual and group level for children and adults as a co-worker of a speech and occupational therapy center. Furthermore she is experienced on adult teaching while being a lecturer at the Mediterranean College of Thessaloniki.

Nafsika completed her Bachelor studies in the Department of Education Sciences in Early Childhood (Democritus University of Thrace), while in 2010 she received her Master's degree in School Pedagogy and Diversity in Education (Multicultural Education, Special Education) from the Department of Primary Education (Democritus University of Thrace). Her research interests include the study of cyber-bullying, and school bullying/victimization among adolescents and pre-adolescents with and without Special Education Needs, while she has been invited as a speaker to parent, teacher and student awareness meetings regarding safe Internet use and bullying/victimization experiences. Since 2010, she has been serving Public Primary Education as a Special Education kindergarten substitute teacher.

Margarita holds a BA in Visual Theories (University of East London) and an MA in Arts and Heritage Management (London Metropolitan University). In 2014, she graduated from the MA programme of the Department of Early Childhood Education of University of Athens, specializing in Education and Human Rights. In 2004, she began her working experience by designing and implementing educational programs for children of all ages. Since then, she has been working as a teacher of creative and artistic expression in museums and art workshops, while she has worked as a Supervisor of Programs in an Art Workshop and also as a Lecturer in private colleges. Her research interest focuses on alternative approaches of artistic learning that strengthens and activates all the inherent abilities of children such as critical thinking and watchfulness. Μy name is Georgia Papatsiakmaki Kofidou and I am lecturer of Special Education. I am a graduate of Educational & Social Policy Department (University Macedonia) in the field of “Education of children with disabilities and special instructional needs”. I have a Master of Science in Human Attribute & Health postgraduate program (Aristotle University) in the field of “Physical activity of population with special needs”. I am an educator for Adults in Lifelong Learning and an educator of reading & writing in the Braille System for people with visual disabilities. I have been working in public schools for the last 14 years with students with special educational needs or disabilities. I have also worked as an educator in several Public Institutes for Professional Training. I have presented in international conferneces and meetings as well as publications in Greek sciescientific journals on topics associated with special education.

Eleni P. Lamprou was born in Ioannina in 1991. She studied at the Department of Pre-School Education at the University of Ioannina and graduated in 2014. She continued her postgraduate with an MA in Educatio with specialization in special educational needs at the University of Derby in the United Kingdom. Her interest focuses on special needs education and training, and the Attention Deficit-Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). She continues with training on her subject through participation in conferences, seminars and workshops. She is member of the Greek Society of Dyslexia and cooperating member of the Pan-Hellenic Association of Special Educators (P.E.E.P.). She speaks English and Italian.

Alexia is an educator with ten years of experience in the UK and Greece. Having received her first degree at the University of Oxford, she underwent her postgraduate training at the University of Cambridge. Her specialism is in early years, and she has taught across the age range. For the last six years, Alexia has been curriculum leader at Campion School, a British primary school in Athens, while at the same time she has been responsible for continuing professional development on issues of curriculum. She has taught at University level on the MA in Education at the University of Dundee’s programme in Athens. Alexia is the author of two books, published by Little, Brown UK, written for teachers and parents: Growing Up Happy: Ten proven ways to increase your child’s happiness and well-being and Growing Up Wild: 30 great ways to get your kids outdoors.

Effrosyni is educator in the fields of Art Education and History of Art. She is a graduate of the Department of Fine Arts and Art Sciences of the University of Ioannina and she holds a Master Degree in Art History from the University of Athens (with Scholarship by the State Scholarships Foundation). She is currently a PhD candidate in Art History at the University of Ioannina, also with a Scholarship by the State Scholarships Foundation (I.K.Y.). She has experience in education since 2006 with main teaching subjects Painting and History of Art. Her current research interests include the art of the 16th and 17th centuries, teaching Art Education to adults and children’s perceptions of art.  She is certified adult educator by EOPPEP.

Eleni holds a BA (Hons)  in Translation (French into English) and a Concentration in Italian from the University of Ottawa Canada, as well as an MA in Literature and Modernity from the University of Salford, UK. She was awarded her PhD in English, with a focus on contemporary Children’s Literature, by the University of Birmingham, UK. During her academic career she worked mainly as a teacher and a translator. She has taught English, French and Italian to both children and adults, as well as courses in literature and essay writing at a graduate level. She has participated in and presented papers at conferences around the UK. She has written and published several short stories in international literary journals and currently also works as an English tutor.

Konstantina holds a BA (Hons) in Modern Foreign Languages (University of Westminster), a Master's degree in Diplomatic Studies (University of Westminster) and a Master's degree PGCE in Early Years and Primary Teaching (London Metropolitan University). She has attended courses at the Open University in England in the subjects of Inclusive Education, Supporting children's learning in the early years and Working with children in the early years. She has also attended seminars on child protection, on the Integrated Curriculum in England, on the use of the interactive whiteboard, first aid for schools and Brain Gym exercises. She has experience teaching in state and private schools in London, private foreign language early years and primary schools in Greece. She is a member of the General Teaching Council for England. She speaks fluently English, French and Italian.

Georgia is a Developmental – School Psychologist with an MSc from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. Since 2007 she is the owner of a multi-disciplinary centre of Speech, Learning and Behavioral Disorders. Also, she is lecturer at the Mediterranean College of Thessaloniki and her main academic interests are Learning Difficulties, Assessment and Prevention – Health Promotion at schools. Since 2009, she is the co-founder of the company “Play-learning”. The aim of the company is the creation and the e-commerce of special educational tools for students with speech and learning difficulties. She is the creator of the psycho-educational game “Let’s play with Emotions”. Also, she is a qualified adult instructor from the Ministry of Education. She took part as a trainer in many adult educational projects (blended, e-learning, live projects) in a variety of fields, such as Family-Systemic Therapy, Gender and Equality, Personal Development, Conflict Management. Moreover, she has been working as school psychologist in public schools since 2012 through innovative actions supervised by the University of Thessaly (e.g. Psychological Support of Immigrant Students) and the Ministry of Education (e.g. Member of the Interdisciplinary group as school psychologist for diagnosis, assessment and support for students with difficulties). Last but not least, her voluntary work has to do with Business Mentoring through the corporation of Alexandrion Technological Institute of Thessaloniki and the leadership of multicultural voluntary projects through the collaboration with the NGO ELIX. She is special secretary of the Panhellenic Association of School Psychologists, member of the Femine Greek Business Women, member of the Scientific Association for ADHD and Panhellenic Association of Special Educators.

Christina is a social science researcher and a preschool educator. She graduated from the Department of Early Childhood Education, Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTH) in 2006, while completing a wide range of seminars on early childhood studies, aesthetic education, children’s literature and placements in early childhood education establishments in Thessaloniki. She completed her postgraduate studies in English and American Children's Literature, University of Reading UK, in 2007 and in Creative Writing, University of Western Macedonia Florina, in 2012. She is conducting a PhD research in Social Literacy and Creative Writing in Education at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, exploring renovations in creative approaches to the curriculum. She has conducted research and published widely in the areas of children’s literature in education, social literacy and creative writing-based teaching approaches, and research methodology. She has worked in the private sector as a kindergarten teacher. She teaches in the Aristotle University’s MA on Creative Writing in Education and as a substitute professor in the undergraduate programme of the Department of Primary Education AUTH. Over the last five years, she also teaches in AUTH’s lifelong learning programme and she conducts children's literature, short story fiction and creative writing seminars at private and non-government organizations of Athens and Thessaloniki. She has worked in the Youth Foundation and Lifelong Learning Centre (INEDIVIM) as an instructor of creative writing. She has published children's literature and flash fiction in literary magazines and occupies with experimental short film animation. Since August 2016 she is a Programme Leader at the School of Education for at Mediterranean College Thessaloniki.

I have specialised in Linguistics and Education Management. I completed my bachelor studies at the University of Crete, at the Department of Philology, specialising in Linguistics. Afterwards, I pursued a master degree in Linguistics at the University of Utrecht. The second year of my MPhil program I visited Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). My interest in Language and Education drove me to my second Master on Education Management at the University of Volos. I specialized in Education Policy and more precisely at the impact of Bologna declaration on tertiary education. I have recently submitted my PhD dissertation in Linguistics at the University of Crete. During my PhD studies, I visited University of Vienna and University of Stuttgart as a researcher, and participated in summer schools in Boston (co organized by Harvard and MIT), in Saint Petersburg  (co organized by Univ. of Saint Petersburg and New York University) and in Czech Republic (Egg summer school). I received several scholarships during my BA, Master and PhD thesis (IKY, Merkouri Foundation, Dretakis scholarship a.o.).

I was born in Athens, Greece in 1983.  In 2004 I graduated from Panteion University of Athens with a Bachelor’s in Psychology. I received my MSc in Clinical Linguistics from Universitat Potsdam, Germany, in 2004 and a PhD in Developmental Psychology from the Institute of Neuroscience, Newcastle University, Great Britain in 2012. During my PhD I was teaching Statistics and Research Methods to 1st year Psychology undergraduates. I have also worked as a research assistant for Universitat Potsdam and Edinburgh University in 2004 and 2011 respectively. Since 2010 I have been working as a psychologist in a day center for children with ASD. My main scientific focus is cognitive deficits in developmental disorders.

Demetrios holds a BA and an MA in Sociology from the University of Essex. His research interests are in the area of organizational theory, consumer behaviour, labour relations, industrial conflict, culture, leadership and education. He has written a book on organizational theory and personnel management and is currently writing books on consumer behaviour and sociology. Demetrios Kongas is the Programme Leader of Undergraduate Programmes in the School of Business at Mediterranean College, Athens, Greece, and responsible for teaching the modules Developing Personal Leadership, Understanding People in Organisations, Ethics and Social Responsibility, Consumer Bahaviour and International Entrepreneurship. He is also teaching Quality, Leadership and Management in the MA Education Leadership and Management programme.

Sophia has a bachelor in Preschool Education (University of Athens), an M.A. in Special Education (University of Athens) and a PhD in Adapted Physical Education. She has worked at rehabilitation facilities for children with learning disabilities (intellectual disabilities, autism, dyslexia etc.). She is a research associate at the Laboratory of Adapted Physical Activity/ Developmental and Physical Disabilities. She participates in many research programmes relating to the evaluation of special populations (motor, cognitive and attitudes towards integration) and the evaluation of special education structures. She is an educator of adults and teaches subjects related to special education, motor and cognitive development and performance. She has participated in Greek and international conferences. She has also published research articles in scientific journals. Research interests: cognitive and motor development, screening motor disorders in infants, developmental disabilities (intellectual disabilities, autism spectrum disorders, developmental coordination disorder, attention deficit and hyperactivity disorder, special learning disorders).

Angeliki is the MA in Education Programme Leader at Mediterranean College Athens. She holds a PhD and MPhil in Education and Educational Psychology from the University of Cambridge, Faculty of Education. In 2001 she graduated from the Department of Philosophy, Pedagogy and Psychology of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, where she specialised in Educational Theory and Practice. She has completed a wide range of seminars and workshops on child psychology, family health and special education, participating in placements in a range of special education Institutions in Greece. She currently teaches courses in Research Methodology, Psychology and Didactics at the Open University, the University of Nicosia and the University of Athens. She has taken part in international and European research projects and has been awarded by IKY and the British Academy for postdoctoral research on professional teacher development, music education, creativity in learning and teaching and new technologies, and learning and teaching in tertiary education. Her work has been published in a recent monograph (Routledge, UK), in collective volumes and in international scientific journals.

Phoebe holds a Bachelor degree in Psychology, a Master (MSc) in Social Clinical Psychology from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and is trained in Cognitive Behavioural Approach. She is also trained in Eating Disorders and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy in the Greek Association of Behavioral Research and Therapy in Thessaloniki. She has been working as a psychologist in several mental health institutions, both for adults and children, such as social services, hospitals, mental health centres and psychotherapy/counselling centres. She has also been teaching in many private education institutes. Currently, she is practicing psychotherapy privately. Moreover, she is a speaker at international conferences and seminars, while her main field of research is eating disorders and schemata, post-traumatic stress and coping and cognitive psychotherapy.

Georgia holds a BSc in Psychology and an MSc in Cognitive Psychology from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. She is specialised in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and in Group Therapy, and she is certified as an Advanced level Schema Therapist. She has worked for several years as a tutor and an adult educator. Since 2008, she is coordinating parents’ counseling groups for the Institution of Youth and Lifelong Learning. She works as a lecturer at undergraduate psychology programmes. She also works at private practice as a psychologist and a group therapist. She has published articles in academic and scientific journals and has made numerous presentations at international conferences. Her research interests are in the area of health psychology, psychopathology, psycholinguistics, cognitive-behavioral therapy, group therapy and schema therapy.

Eleftheria holds a BA in Psychology from the University of Ioannina, and an MSc in Social -Clinical Psychology of Addiction and Psychosocial Problems from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. Her education and vocational training is primarily based on 12-step / Self-Help philosophy and Humanistic approach. She has been trained at an Addiction Treatment Community (KETHEA) in theoretical and practical issues of Group Psychotherapy. Also she has attended seminars and workshops concerning personal development issues. Her working experience concerns mostly counseling services, psychosocial support and sensitisation to drug addicts and their families, children in need and special groups who confront the risk of marginalisation at the job market, teaching and supervising responsibilities at the field of the education of pre- school aged children. Since 2009, she coordinates parents’ counseling groups for the Institution of Youth and Lifelong Learning and she also works as a lecturer at undergraduate and postgraduate psychology programmes. Since July 2016 she works at the non-governmental organization ‘Save the Children’ as a Child Protection Officer.

Apostolos graduated from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Greece, with a degree in Psychology and an MSc in Cognitive Psychology. He also holds an MSc in Clinical Psychology from Leiden University (The Netherlands) and has received extensive training in cognitive - behavioural therapy. He has been working as a psychologist and educator in various institutions (Municipality of Kalamaria, ARSIS - NGO, Institute of Continuing Education for Adults - Ministry of Education, and Mediterranean College). He has participated in many research studies and published papers in scientific journals and conferences. He is also studying philosophy in the School of Philosophy and Pedagogy (AUTH). Since December 2015 he works as a psychologist at the Centre for Life supporting people with HIV/AIDS.

Georgia holds a PhD in Information Studies from the Department of Information Studies of the University of Sheffield, a Master of Arts in Librarianship from the same Department and a Bachelor in Philology from the University of Crete. She is an adjunct Lecturer at the Department of Librarianship and Information Systems of the Technological Educational Institution of Thessaloniki. She has worked as a research associate in several research projects, specialising in Information Systems, e-learning technologies and social sciences research methods. Her research interests lie in the areas of educational informatics, information systems analysis, on-line learning, social sciences research methodology and qualitative data analysis.

Evangelia holds a BSc (Hons) in Psychology from the Department of Psychology, Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, and an MSc in Psychology & Counselling from Manchester Metropolitan University (UK). She has been trained in Cognitive-behavioural therapy and has also completed training on Systemic therapy. She has more than 15 years of teaching experience at undergraduate & postgraduate psychology programmes in various private and public educational institutes. She has been also working as a Scientific Associate in research projects and clinical trials at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. Evangelia has published a series of articles in scientific journals and has made numerous presentations at International and European conferences. She is member of the British Psychological Society (BPS) and currently works towards Chartership for the division of Research and Academics at BPS. At present, Ms. Nakopoulou also has a private practice and continues her research in the areas of health and social psychology.

George holds a BSc in Accounting from the Technological Institute of Piraeus, a BSc in Mathematics and an MSc in Statistics and Modeling from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. Also he is PhD candidate of the Department of Applied Informatics, University of Macedonia. He has worked for several years as a professor and has worked in various projects as a statistician. He is rapporteur in LAEK’s training programs and has published works in international scientific researches. His research interests are statistical analysis, the statistical quality control, operational research, Markov and semi-Markov processes, time series study. George is responsible for teaching the Research Methods and Ethics at Mediterranean College.

Evgenia received her Diploma Degree in Psychology from the School of Social Sciences, University of Crete, has completed the MSc Cognitive Psychology and Neuropsychology from the School of Psychology of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTH). Since 2016, she is a PhD candidate at the Psychology Department of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTH) and also attends the Cognitive Behavioral Therapy training programme of the Greek Association of Behavioral Research. She has worked in elementary schools, where she was organising experiential workshops for students, as well as in various domains as a neuropsychologist. Since 2014, she has been working in the Department of the 1st Psychiatric Clinic, General Peripheral Hospital Papageorgiou of Thessaloniki as a research associative. Her research activity concerns Cognitive deficits in 1st psychotic episode patients and issues of biological psychology. She has published articles in scientific journals and has also attended conferences with oral and poster announcements.

Melina holds a BSc (Hons) and a PhD in Psychology (University of Sunderland, UK in cooperation with the University of Crete, Greece). The main body of her work concerns the integration of quantitative and qualitative methodologies in health psychology and consumer behaviour. The findings of her research have been presented at several international conferences and contributed to books and articles. She has been teaching research methods and statistics and supervising projects for more than 15 years. She has worked as an Independent contractor in research projects at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. She has extensive experience in student career guidance. Her areas of interest include the integration of quantitative and qualitative methodologies, organisational psychology and consumer behaviour.

Lemonia holds a BSc Degree in Psychology and an MSc Degree in Counselling. During her postgraduate studies, she has been professionally trained in different psychotherapy techniques and interventions as well as in the use of psychometric tools, from the University of Thessaly and the University of Athens. In the past she has worked and completed her clinical practice in psychiatric hospitals and mental structures for children and adults in the UK (NHS) and Greece. She has worked as a psychologist for the Municipality of Pallini, providing counselling services and support to socially vulnerable groups. As a researcher, she has worked with the Athens University Research Institute & Mental Health, the University of Thessaly and the Aristotle University, mainly providing psychological support and psycho-education to parents, children and teachers.

George Thomas holds a BSc in Psychology (BSc) and a Masters in Psychology (MSc) from the University of Northumbria at Newcastle and Essex University (UK) respectively. He worked for several years as a psychologist at the Psychiatric Hospital of Attica (PS.H.A.) and 414 SNEN Psychiatric Hospital. He is a trainer in educational seminars cooperating with private and public bodies working in the field of mental health (KYPEKO, KETHI, COSMOANELIXIS). He also works privately as a psychotherapist.

Elena is a psychologist graduated from the Department of Psychology, University of Crete and holds a postgraduate degree in Mental Health, University of Athens. She works as a psychologist in structure and social rehabilitation of the Association of Psychosocial Health of Children and Adolescents (APHCA) while teaching at Mediterranean College in the Counselling & Psychology (HND) programme and at the Corinth Center for Adult Education and Vocational Training. She has completed numerous trainings and qualifications of different psychotherapeutic approaches and has published papers in scientific journals and conferences. She teaches: Counselling Skills, Personal Development, Humanistic Approaches to Counselling, Gestalt Approaches to Counselling, Client Work, Counselling, Psychology and Nutrition, Human Relations and Communication, Evolutionary Psychology and Risk and crisis management - Prevention of emergencies. Her research interests focus on issues which concern the areas of Clinical Psychology of Psychosocial Rehabilitation and Personal Growth, Self-Knowledge.

Evangelia has completed a Psychology degree at the University of Derby. She continued her studies in the UK at City University and Regent’s college. She was drawn by the Existential/phenomenological psychology and in 2006 begun her training at the New School of Psychotherapy and Counselling. She has worked with children, teenagers and adults in a wide range of settings. She has recently completed a Professional doctorate in Existential Counselling Psychology and Psychotherapy from Middlesex University. She resided in Athens in 2010 were she is now setting up a private practice, working voluntarily in several organisations and is developing her academic career.

Konstantina has a degree in Psychology (Aristotle University of Thessaloniki) and a Master’s Degree in Counselling (University of Hull). She is trained in Cognitive Behavioral therapy (IBRT) and in Dialectical Behavior Therapy Foundational Training (The Linehan Institute, Behavioral Tech). She has worked for two N.G.O.s conducting counseling for vulnerable social groups and victims of domestic violence and human trafficking. She is currently working in private practice.

Penelope holds a BSc (Hons) in Psychology and an MSc in Health Psychology from the University of Luton (UK), and a Doctoral degree (PhD) in Social and Health Psychology from the University of Westminster (UK). She has worked for several years as a lecturer at the University of Westminster at both Undergraduate and Postgraduate levels. Dr Louka has published an array of articles in academic and scientific journals and has made numerous presentations at international conferences. She is also a Chartered Member / division of health (CPsychol) and an Associate Fellow (AFBPsS) of the British Psychological Society (BPS). At present, Dr. Louka also has a private practice and continues her research in the areas of health psychology, social psychology, research methods and statistical analysis.

Eleni is a graduate of the Psychology Department of the Panteion University of Athens, and holds a Master’s Degree in Psychology of Education (MSc) from the UCL Institute of Education (University of London). She attended specialised courses in Special Education for Children with Disabilities and Special Educational Needs with emphasis on practical training and planning of intervention and support programmes (2nd Pediatric Clinic of the University of Athens). She has gained clinical experience working with children and adolescents in individual and group settings. She has worked as a psychologist in elementary schools being responsible for the assessment and support of students with special educational needs. She has also participated in research activities focusing on groups of uninsured cancer patients in collaboration with a cancer support non-governmental organization.

Markella has completed her Doctorate in Counselling Psychology at Regent’s University. She has also completed a Diploma in Clinical Hypnosis (HUUK) and a Graduate Certificate in Counselling Psychology (City University). Lastly, she has completed an MSc in Applied Psychology (Surrey University) and a BSc (Hons) in Psychology (Surrey University). Within these years she has developed an interest in teaching and while in the UK and Greece she has taught different seminars. The last 8 years, she has worked in various research projects and has been counselling clients of various ages within the private and public sector, including schools and hospitals in Greece and the UK. Currently, she works privately providing counselling and supervision and is an active researcher. She is registered with the Health and Care Professions Council as a Chartered Counselling Psychologist and teaches in Undergraduate and Postgraduate programmes at Mediterranean College.

Angelika holds a Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy and Social Studies (with a major in Psychology) from the University of Crete and a Postgraduate Diploma in Psychology (Conversion) from the University of Nottingham. She has completed her Counselling Psychology training (PGDip, MSc, post-MSc) at Roehampton University and is a DPsych (top-up) graduate in Counselling Psychology from City University London. She has worked as a trainee Counselling Psychologist in NHS, as well as various private and public mental health services in London, providing counselling and psychotherapy to people with a range of psychological and interpersonal difficulties. She has also worked at the Institute of Mental and Sexual Health in Athens offering telephone support and one-to-one therapy to men, women and couples with mental health and/ or sexual problems. She is currently in private practice, providing counselling and psychotherapy to adults, adolescents and couples, as well as clinical supervision to counselling and psychology students. She is a BPS-chartered and HCPC-registered Counselling Psychologist (CPsychol), as well as an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society (AFBPsS) and a  member of the Panhellenic Psychological Association.

Panagiota holds a BSc in Psychology from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and an MSc in Media Psychology from Panteion University of Athens. Her second MSc in Clinical Neuroscience was obtained from the Institute of Neurology, University College of London. She gained her clinical experience working with patients suffering from epilepsy and other neurodegenerative disorders (adults and children) at the National Hospital of London (NHNN), providing neurocognitive diagnostic evaluations and rehabilitation services. Since 2008, she is scientific associate of “Hygeia” Hospital, where, apart from testing patients after brain injury and neurological diseases, she provides neuropsychological evaluations for patients pre- and post-DBS surgery. She works in private practice with patients suffering from neurocognitive disorders and offers rehabilitation treatments. She is a member of the SEPS, while holding an active role in clinical research and a variety of scientific publications.

Eleni is a Clinical -Child Psychologist and has obtained her PhD and her MA at the University of Essex, in the field of Psychoanalytic Studies and her BSc in Psychology at the same university. She has been trained in observing and recording the developmental stages that an infant goes through (mother-infant observation Tavistock Clinic)  as well as observing and recording the dynamics that develop in the family setting, (University of Essex, Center for Psychoanalytic Studies). Throughout her career she has been employed by private settings specialising in adult, child and adolescent therapeutic intervention. She was also employed by schools (Claydon Highschool) and a school-children’s home (The Ryes School). Additionally, she was employed by North Essex Mental Health Partnership as an assistant child psychotherapist. In Academia, she has served as a Teacher Assistant, where she organised and held seminar groups for undergraduate and postgraduate students (University of Essex). She was also a coordinator of team supporting students with difficulties adapting to the University’s environment (University of Essex). She has presented papers to European and international conferences.

Dr Maria Mitsiou is an Adapted Physical Educator who graduated from the Physical Education and Sport Science Department of τηε Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTh) and from the Physiotherapy Department of Technological Educational Institute (A.T.E.I.) of Thessaloniki. She is specialiσed in Musculoskeletal Disorders. She has completed the MSc programμε “Physical activity and Quality of Life” in the Physical Education and Sport Science Department of τηε Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, were she was first in her class having a special interest on Psychomotor Therapy. She was awarded her PhD in the “Effects of music, exercise and physical therapy during haemodialysis on the cardiac autonomous nervous system” from the same University with specialisation in Cardiac Rehabilitation. In between her PhD studies she received a training fellowship as the best PhD student from the Research Committee (AUTh). She completed successfully the four Greek sign language courses and gained her certification. Dr Mitsiou is also certified in reading and writing Braille system. She is active in higher education focused on topics of Health and Social Care: Sports Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Alternative Tourism, Physical Activity, Disability and Rehabilitation, Chronic diseases and Rehabilitation, Adapted Physical Education, Quality of Life, Telerehabilitation. She is also involved in research as a Research Associate  at the Sports Medicine Laboratory of Physical Education and Sport Science (DPESS, AUTh), at the Developmental Medicine and Special Education Laboratory (DPESS, AUTh), and at the AHEPA University General Hospital of Thessaloniki. She has a plethora of publications and presentations in international conferences/symposiums.  She is a Volunteer First Aid Instructor and Nurse in Red Cross Department of Thessaloniki since 2009. Maria Panagiotidou is a physiotherapist who graduated from Alexander Technological Institute in Thessaloniki. She holds a Master of Science in Neuromusculoskeletal Healthcare from Keele University (UK) and a Bachelor in Osteopathy (Hons) from London School of Osteopathy (UK). She has extensive clinical experience, both in Greece and the United Kingdom, as she has worked in busy private clinics in London. Ms Panagiotidou is a member of the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and the Acupuncture Association of Chartered Physiotherapists (AACP). She is the Programme Leader of the BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy at Mediterranean College Thessaloniki. Alongside her academic responsibilities, she is a self-employed Osteopath and Physiotherapist, as well as an Associate for private health clinics.

Tasos Stylianou received his Doctorate Degree (Ph.D.) from the Department of Applied Informatics at the University of Macedonia (UoM) in Greece. He also holds an MSc from the Department of Applied informatics - “Business informatics” – and an MS in “Economic Science” - Applied Economics and Finance - from the Department of Economics of the University of Macedonia. His bachelor degree is in “Applied informatics” from Macedonia University of Thessaloniki. He has many scientific articles published in international journals and he has presented his work at a number of international academic conferences and proceedings. In addition he is a reviewer in international journals and his current and past teaching activity comprises the deliverance of a wide range of teaching modules.

Christophoros Mouratidis has received his degree in Mathematics from the Department of Mathematics of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki in 1996 and his Ph.D in Mathematics from the Department of Mathematics of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki in 2002.He has published several peer-reviewed scientific papers in international journals and in international conference proceedings. His research interests focus on classical fields in complex variables such as analytical function spaces, universal series, etc. as well as discrete mathematics, graph theory, algorithmic game theory and its applications in economy, computational mathematics. He is also interested in artificial intelligence algorithms for general game playing. His current and past teaching and research activities consist of wide range of teaching modules and research subjects, including Discrete Mathematics, Game Theory, Object Oriented Programming, Mathematical Analysis, Differential Equations, Statistics, among others, in the Department of Informatics and Telecommunications Engineering, University of Western Macedonia, Computer Science Department of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Department of Mathematics, National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, Department of Mathematics, Universitat Autonoma de Barcelona, Department of Mathematics, University of Eastern Finland, and several departments of Technological Education Institutes of Western Macedonia and Thessaly.

Dr. Apostolos Ampatzoglou is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Computer Science of University of Groningen, where he carries out research and teaching in the area of software engineering. He holds a BSc on Information Systems (2003), a MSc on Computer Systems (2005) and a PhD in Software Engineering by the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (2012). His current research interests are focused on reverse engineering, software maintainability, software quality management, open source software engineering and software design. He has published more than 30 articles in international journals and conferences. He is/was involved in over 10 research and development projects in Information & Communication Technologies with funding from national and international organizations. Finally, he serves as a reviewer in numerous leading journals of the software engineering domain, and as a member of various international conference program committees.

Anna Pouliou received her Diploma Degree in Civil Engineering from the Polytechnic School of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTh), has completed her M.Sc. "Planning, Organization and Management of Transport Systems" and since January 2015 is PhD candidate at Civil Engineering Department of the Polytechnic School of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTh). She has worked in the fields of transport and traffic studies and road construction studies and has also worked on supervising public works. In 2014, she undertook the technical support for the participation of the Municipality of Thessaloniki in transnational European program RAIL4SEE - Rail Hub Cities for South East Europe. At the same time, she works as a freelance engineer performing studies and engineering projects since 2009. She speaks fluent English and has basic German and Italian knowledge. She is a member of the Technical Chamber of Greece and the Hellenic Institute of Transportation Engineers. She is reviewer/evaluator at National Organisation for the Certification of Qualifications & Vocational Guidance (EOPPEP) and Energy Inspector since 2013. She is the Programme Leader of School of Engineering at Mediterranean College since September 2015.

George Gkalaitsis graduated from the department of Mechanical Engineering of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTH). Shortly after his graduation, he started working at  “TECHNHM EPE” at Alexandria Hmathia whose main field of work was industrial refrigeration. After one year, he moved to “DOPPLER AEVE”, at Polykastro Kilkis, where his main field of workwas lift manufacturing. He continued working at DOPPLER for about 10 years at the departments of sales, production and finally RnD. For the past 1 and a half year, he’s been working at the RnD department of “BIOFIAL SA” at Kalochori Thessaloniki. He has attended several seminars and training programmes on sales and technical issues. He has been a member of the Technical Chamber of Greece since 2003.

Anthoula Dota received her Diploma Degree in Civil Engineering from the Polytechnic School of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (A.U.Th.) and has completed the M.Sc. "Environmental Protection and Sustainable Development". She is a PhD candidate at Civil Engineering Department of Polytechnic School of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (A.U.Th.) and has plenty publications in scientific journals and conference proceedings. She has an eight-year working experience in public (bridges, buildings, steel and composite structures, hydraulic works) and private projects (site surveying works, structural and hydraulic works). Furthermore, she has worked as a member of research teams in european engineering projects. She speaks the English language fluently, she is a member of Technical Chambers of Greece and she is registered in the official list of the Hellenic Ministry for the Environment, Physical Planning and Public Works with certification for the following categories of design works: 08 (Structural Design) and 13 (Hydraulic Projects). She teaches Site Surveying in Mediterranean College since February 2016.

Stamatia Arvanitidou received her Diploma Degree in Civil Engineering from the Polytechnic School of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTh), has completed her M.Sc. in "Environmental Protection and Sustainable Development" and has also completed her PhD Thesis at Civil Engineering Department of Polytechnic School of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTh). She has worked in the field of mapping rural areas for agriculture ministry and has also worked to the Pylaia Municipal Company of Water Supply & Sewerage (DEYA Pylaias-Hortiati) as a civil engineer for the control of the water supply and sewerage network. She has also worked as a freelance researcher engineer for the A.U.Th. Research Committee in some projects.  At the same time, she is  the owner and Self-Employer at tafoffice consultant engineers since 2014. She speaks fluent English and has basic France language knowledge. She is member of the Technical Chamber of Greece and the Hellenic Hydrotechnical Association. She has published scientific papers both at scientific journals and conference proceedings. She has been working as a teaching assistant at courses like Coastal and Harbour Engineering, Geothermal Energy, Hydrometry and Hydraulic Models and Hydraulics. She is a Module Leader at School of Engineering at Mediterranean College since September 2014.

Thomais Dadamogia holds a Bachelor degree in pre-school education (University of Thessaly-Greece), a Master’s degree in Special Education (University of Leeds-Great Britain) and a Master’s degree in Leadership in Education (University of Aegean-Greece). She has wide teaching experience in public special schools, public mainstream nursery schools and integrated nursery schools in Greece and in England. She is a member of the diagnostic team for Differential Diagnosis, Diagnosis and Support (for children with special educational needs) of the Greek Ministry of Education and a volunteer teacher in a special school (England). She has also worked as a tutor in public Institutions of Vocational Training. Her fields of activity and research include assessment of essays, assessment of working experience, supervision of students, teaching approaches etc. She has been involved in research programmes, educational pilot projects and she has published relevant material. She is a fluent speaker of English and French.

Georgia Kirizidou is a Developmental – School Psychologist, MSc, from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. Since 2007, she is the owner of a multi-disciplinary centre of Speech, Learning and Behavioral Disorders. Also, she is lecturer at Mediterranean College of Thessaloniki and her main academic interests are Learning Difficulties, Assessment and Prevention – Health Promotion  at schools. Since 2009, she is the co-founder of the company “Play-learning”. The aim of the company is the creation and the e-commerce of special educational tools for students with speech and learning difficulties. She is the creator of the psycho-educational game “Let’ s play with Emotions”. Also, she is a qualified adult instructor from the Ministry of Education. She took part as a trainer in many adult educational projects (blended, e-learning, live projects) in a variety of fields, such as Family-Systemic Therapy, Gender and Equality, Personal Development, Conflict Management. Moreover, she had been working as school psychologist in public schools since 2012 through innovative actions supervised by the University of Thessaly (e.g. Psychological Support of Immigrant Students) and Ministry of Education (e.g. Member of the Interdisciplinary group as school psychologist for diagnosis, assessment and support for students with difficulties). Last but not least, her voluntary work has to do with Business Mentoring through the corporation of Alexandrion Technological Institute of Thessaloniki and the leadership of multicultural voluntary projects through the collaboration with the NGO ELIX. She is special secretary of the Panhellenic Association of School Psychologists, member of the Femine Greek Business Women, member of the Scientific Association for ADHD and Panhellenic Association of Special Educators.

Andreas holds a degree in Philosophy and Education specialised in Education and a Master in School Education specialised in Special Education from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. He has worked as a SEN language teacher in centers for special education, in special schools and integration classes of the Ministry of Education. At the same time, he worked as an instructor at Prefectural Committee for Adult Training of Thessaloniki and at public Vocational Training Institutes, teaching courses related to special education. He was a member of a scientific group for psychosocial support of immigrants and repatriated students and for training teachers in research projects of the sector of Pedagogy at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and National Confederation of People with Disabilities. His research actions and publications focus on special education and specific adjustments on the teaching methodology for effective teaching support and social integration of children with special educational needs and disabilities in school and society.

Aravidou Eleftheria holds a BA in Psychology from the University of Ioannina, and a MSc in Social -Clinical Psychology of Addiction and Psychosocial Problems from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. Her education and vocational training is primarily based on 12-step / Self-Help philosophy and Humanistic approach. She has been trained at an Addiction Treatment Community in theoretical and practical issues of Group Psychotherapy. Also she has attended a lot of seminars and workshops concerning psychosocial matters. Her working experience concerns mostly counseling services, psychosocial support and sensitization to drug addicts and their families, children in need and special groups who confront the risk of marginalization at the job market, teaching and supervising responsibilities at the field of the education of pre- school aged children. Since September 2009, she holds a teaching position at the Mediterranean College of Thessaloniki in the faculty of social sciences, while she is working as a child protection officer in a non-profit organization. Eleni is a Business Psychologist. She holds a BSc (Hons) in Psychology from the University of Lincoln, an MSc in Occupational/Organisational Psychology from the University of Surrey and has been certified with Level  A & B in Occupational Testing and Personality Measurement.  She also holds a "Train the Trainer" Certificate relating to Workforce Development and Training and a diploma in Middle Management from the Hellenic Management Association (EEDE). She is a member of the British Psychological Society and Division of Occupational Psychology and accredited by the Greek General Directorate of Vocational Education and Training, as an instructor for The Special Fund for Employment and Vocational Training Unit programs. She has been involved in assessment centers as assessor and worked as an HR consultant focusing on selection and recruitment, employee counseling, employee satisfaction and workplace stress. She has conducted various organizational researches focused on employee health and safety, psychosocial risks, stress and organizational commitment and has made presentations on research methodology, selection interview at schools, colleges and local tv shows. In addition, she has more than 12 years experience as an HR executive in several international companies. She currently works in the private sector at the Human Resources Department as a corporate trainer and recruiter.

Georgia Papatsiakmaki is a tutor of Special Education. She is a graduate of the Educational & Social Policy Department (University Macedonia) in the section “Education of children with disabilities and special instructional needs”. She is currently writing her doctoral dissertation at the Medical Department of the Aristotle University in Thessaloniki under the title “Developmental & Social Pediatrics” She also holds a Master of Science in Human Attribute & Health (Aristotle University) with emphasis in “Physical activity of population with special needs”. She is an Educator for Adults in Life Long learning, as well as a trainer in the Braille System for people with visual disabilities. For the last 14 years, she has been working in public schools  with students with special educational needs or disabilities. She has worked in several Public Institutes for Professional Training as a tutor. She has participated as a speaker in International Congresses and Training courses. She has also published articles about several topics associated with special education in Greek Scientific Magazines

Dimitra studied Classics in the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. She has a Master of Science in Sports and Exercise Psychology from the University of Thessaly, a Master of Education in Adult Education from the Hellenic Open University and a Master of Arts in Special Education from the University of Nicosia. She is Doctor of Philosophy in Special Education of University of Thessaly and specialist in Down Syndrome.  She is accredited lecturer in Adult Education and in College Education. She has worked in public schools in special education and has developed her own material in language development in children with intellectual disabilities. She has participated in several research programmes funded by the University of Thessaly, the National Technological University of Athens and the Information Society.  At the time she is working on her post doctoral research cofounded by six universities of the European Union. She speaks four languages (English, French, Italian, Spanish) and the Greek sign language. She can also read and write in the Braille system. Besides her scientific publications and presentations in conferences, she has written and published eleven children’s books and three theater plays. She is an associate lecturer at the University of Thessaly, the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and the Hellenic Open University. Her research interests include intellectual disabilities, neurolinguistics, cognitive functions, autism, adult education, language development and genetic syndromes.

Ms Mary Drosopulou holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the English Department- (Aristotle University of Thessaloniki) and a Master of Arts in Conference Interpreting (University of Cyprus). She is currently conducting her PhD thesis in Intercultural studies at the faculty of Education of the Aristotle University in Thessaloniki. In addition, she has studied drama, music and theatrical play and also holds a professional degree in Performance Arts. During the last years, she has been working in Europe, Asia and the Middle East as a senior trainer, specializing in human rights education, intercultural dialogue and interactive learning. She is a fluent speaker of 8 languages. She is a member of the Trainers’ Pool of the Council of Europe, SALTO and the Greek Pool of Trainers.  Moreover, she has worked as an external partner of the Turkish Ministry of Youth and Sports and other organizations as a senior trainer, educational advisor and rapporteur. Her academic field of expertise includes translating childrens' literature, ideology in childrens' fiction, intercultural education etc. Except for her academic activity and research, she has written fiction and poetry, for which she has won various awards. She has also translated works of literature into Greek and English.

Mrs Sissy Sidiropoulou holds a BSc in Psychology, from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and has taken part in several master’s degree courses in Occupational Psychology from the Universität Konstanz, in Germany. She is also specialized in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and in group therapy. In the past, she has worked as a psychologist in a Detox rehabilitation programme. Moreover, she has worked with children having a Developmental Disorder, providing counselling to their families too. At the present time, she works at private practice as a psychologist for adults and as a group therapist. She is also a lecturer at Mediterranean College of Thessaloniki, teaching the modules “Human Growth and Development” and “Cognitive Behavioral Approaches I & II”. Her research interests are in the area of Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and group therapy.

Mr Evaggelos Papoutsidis has studied experimental psychology at the University of Essex and psychoanalysis at Essex’s Centre for Psychoanalytic Studies. He is a registered psychologist and he is working on his subject matter for the departments which had accepted him for doctoral research (Essex, Brunel). He is psychologist at “Pnoi sti Zoi” centre for addicted individuals. He teaches at the Counselling and Psychology HND the module “Psychodynamic Theories”. His research interests include personality disorders, issues of psychotherapy integration and martial arts.

Georgios Iatrou has  graduated from the Department of Philosophy-Pedagogy-Psychology, University of Ioannina and holds an MSc in Mental Health from TEI of Thessaly, Department of Nursing. He has been trained in family therapy and he also holds a Higher National Diploma in Counselling and Psychology from Edexcel, UK. He works at private practice as a Mental Health Counselor, providing counselling and special education services at children, adolescents and families. He has participated in Greek and international conferences with oral presentations and posters. His research interests are family therapy, empathy and emotional intelligence. He is teaching  the modules “Personal Development I & II” at Mediterranean College and he is also a teacher at several other vocational training centers, modules concerning psychology and family therapy.

Apostolos Peltekis holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and an MA in Cognitive Psychology from the Psychology Department of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. He also holds a Master in Clinical Psychology from the University of Leiden in the Netherlands where he  has received extensive training in cognitive- behavioral therapy. Currently he is studying Philosophy at the Department of Philosophy and Pedagogy of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. He works as a psychologist and instructor in various professional bodies (e.g. Municipality of Kalamaria, NGOs - REMOVAL , I.D.E.K.E.- Ministry of Education). He has participated as an external collaborator in research programmes of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki on the subject of neuropsychological tools balance. He has published several articles in scientific journals and presented in scientific conferences.  

Gratziou Evanthia graduated from the department of Psychology of Aristotle University (BSc in Psychology) and acquired a Master’s degree with specialization in Special Education and Special Learning Disabilities at the University of Ioannina. She has been trained in Systemic - Family Psychotherapy and Counselling Psychology. She works as a private Psychologist - Systemic Therapist with adults, couples and families. Currently, she works as a Special Research Fellow of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki in research on psychosocial support for minority groups and psychological support for Roma Women Groups. She has worked as an External Scientific Advisor to private schools specializing in Speech & Learning Disabilities and in private day nurseries on the assessment and therapeutic intervention in children with Special Educational Needs. For many years she has been teaching Special Education & Psychology courses and has supervised  students practice. She has participated as a speaker in numerous seminars, workshops and lectures .

Ms Aikaterini Dardagani has graduated from the Department of Psychology, Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. She also acquires a Master’s Degree on Cognitive Psychology and Neuropsychology at the same university. She is currently undertaking a PhD in Neuropsychology (Neuroscience Sector, School of Medicine, Aristotle University of Thessaloniki). Ms Dardagani has been teaching in Mediterranean College for the last 5 years, while her main research interests concern psychiatric and neurological syndromes (schizophrenia, multiple sclerosis, dementia). She works as a Research Associate in various research projects being conducted by the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and universities abroad and she has participated in many conferences with oral presentations and posters. Ms Dardagani also works as a private psychologist, specializing in neuropsychological assessment and rehabilitation, as well as Gestalt psychotherapy.

Alexandros Bousdekis is a PhD candidate at the School of Electrical and Computer Engineering of National Technical University of Athens (NTUA). He holds a BSc degree from the School of Production and Management Engineering of the Technical University of Crete, Greece and a MSc degree in Manufacturing Systems Engineering from the Warwick Manufacturing Group (WMG) of the University of Warwick, UK. He is a researcher in NTUA and he works in European projects funded by the European Commission. His research interests include Supply Chain Management, Business Process Management, Event-driven Real-time Information Systems, Operational Research and Decision Making with applications in the manufacturing domain. In the past, he was a researcher at the University of Warwick and he participated in a collaborative project between WMG and Tata Motors Ltd in the research fields of statistical data analysis, data mining and warranty analysis with applications in the automotive industry. In the context of his research, he has publications in international scientific journals and in the proceedings of international scientific conferences.

Mrs. Margarita Gamaletsou holds a Bachelor degree in Operational Research & Marketing and an MBA degree from Athens University of Economics and Business. She has extended teaching experience in marketing, communications and corporate social responsibility. She is working at Athens Water Supply and Sewerage Company as Corporate Communications Manager.    

Christina Giakoumaki graduated from the Department of Business Administration, University of Piraeus, in 2006. Subsequently, in 2008, she completed her postgraduate studies at the Department of Marketing and Communication with New Technologies (MSc) at the Athens University of Economics and Business. In 2013 she received her Ph.D. with the completion of her thesis entitled "The Role of Consumer Advertising in B2B Products" at the School of Business Administration, Athens University of Economics and Business. In 2014 she successfully completed a course, at the University of the Arts London - Central Saint Martins, on Fashion Design. She has been working, since 2008, in the field of education and non-formal education and has also worked as an independent researcher and consultant. Her academic and research interests lay in the areas of contemporary practices in fashion marketing, e-marketing, and merchandising, industrial and consumer marketing, ingredient branding, e-merchandising, and advertising effects on relations between suppliers and industrial customers and consumers.

Nick Gerentes holds an MBA degree from Gaton University of Kentucky. He also has a BA degree in Administration and Management of the Tourism Business department from the Higher Technological Institute of Patras. He has long experience of teaching Tourism, Business Administration and Marketing at both, private and public educational institutions. Particularly, he is the head of Business section in the XINIS Institute of Vocational Education in Piraeus area, while he is also teaching the above disciplines at a public educational institute. He used to work for companies operating in tourism field (for instance, Novotel, Airotel Group), advertising (delivery.gr), and for public enterprises in development programmes (Public Power Corporation and the City Planning Commission). Finally, he is a founder member of a food partnership.

Michael Geranios holds a PhD in Operations and Supply Chain Management from the University of Aegean. He also holds an MBA specialised in Human Resource Management and a BA in Business Administration with an emphasis on New Technologies from the same university. He has worked as a Research Assistant at the IRIS Research Laboratory. He has presented his research work in international conferences and has published articles in established (or highly recognised) research journals. His academic interests focus on Operational Research, Logistics and Supply Chain Management. Teaches: Operation Management, Project management.

Vassilis Angouras studied Political Science and Public Administration in the University of Athens and holds a Ph.D. and a Master of Science in Social Science from the University of Edinburgh plus an executive Master in Healthcare Administration from the Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers of Paris. Since 1995 he has worked in various positions in the private and public healthcare sector in Greece either as a business consultant, either as a business unit manager or as head of hospital. Over the years he has headed four NHS hospitals and now serves as a special advisor to the Minister of Health. Outside the healthcare sector, he has also worked for the Hellenic National Telecommunications and Postal commission. Teaches: Health systems management.

Nonika Stamou is a preschool teacher who specialises in inclusive education and the application of ICTs in the teaching practice. She has received a Master’s degree in Education and Human Rights – Education and Social Discrimination from the Faculty of Early Childhood Education, University of Athens, in cooperation with the Institute of Education, University of London. She has also received a Bachelor degree in Early Childhood Education from the Faculty of Early Childhood Education, University of Athens. She has worked at several kindergartens where she has created a variety of projects on health, environment and culture. She has also spent two years at the Greek Education Research Centre, participating in a research project on monitoring the educational system at the level of school unit. She has been accredited as an Academic Staff of Colleges and as Trainer of Continuing Vocational Training awarded from EKEPIS.  She works as a tutor for the School of Education of Mediterranean College since 2008.  

Varvara (Vana) holds a BA in Philosophy, Pedagogy and Psychology of from the University of Athens and a BA in European Cultural Studies from the Hellenic Open University. She holds a Master of Education and a Master in Ethics (University of Athens) and is a PhD candidate at the same university. She has attended specialised courses in Professional Counselling (K.E.A.E.S.), at the Psychology Department of the University of Athens and has published articles in academic and scientific journals and conferences. Research interests: cognitive psychology, intercultural education, adult education, environmental ethics, bioethics, work ethics.

Eleni Pateraki obtained her BSc (Hons) degree in Psychology at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. She specialised in Social/Clinical Psychology within the same university. She was later funded by the British National Health Service (NHS) to complete her second MSc in Applied Psychology for children and young people, focusing on health promotion and early intervention (positive parenting, positive behavior support). She obtained her doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology (DClinPsy) at the University of Edinburgh, where she paid particular attention to adapting cognitive-behavioural treatment (CBT) and acceptance-and-commitment therapy (ACT) in the context of physical health difficulties. She has several years of experience in public sector community and hospital-based mental health settings both in Greece and the UK working with adults and children. She has a considerable number of publications in international peer reviewed journals and conferences and has provided teaching and training for Psychology or Allied Health Professionals’ CPD and MSc courses.

Theano is the Head of the School of Education at Mediterranean College. Previous to her current post, she had been holding teaching posts at higher education institutions including the University of the Aegean, the University of Athens and the European University Cyprus, colleges, vocational training institutes, secondary schools and early childhood centres. She holds a PhD in Education and a PGCE of ‘Learning and Teaching in Higher Education’, both from the University of Surrey (UK) and a 1st Class Degree of Music Studies from the University of Athens, which was undertaken with scholarship by the State Scholarship Foundation. She is an active researcher involved in independent and collaborative projects. She currently undergoes research on musical play, funded by The Froebel Trust, UK. In 2006 she received the ‘Young Researcher Award' by the European Society of the Cognitive Sciences of Music and in 2012 she was awarded by the Society for Education and Music Psychology  Research and the Greek Ministry of Education for her research contribution. She is Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (UK), former Editorial Board Member of Arts Education Policy Review and Article Reviewer for major academic journals. Her research interests are in the field of early childhood education, teacher training, creativity and child development. She is certified adult educator by EOPPEP. .  

Natalia holds a degree in Educational Science and Early Childhood Education from the University of Patras and an MA in Curriculum Pedagogy and Assessment from the Institute of Education, University of London. She has attended specialized seminars and conferences in current educational methodologies (Reggio Emilia Approach, High Scope Approach, Project Approach) in Greece as well as abroad and is a member of NAEYC (National Association of Early Years Children) in the USA. Natalia has also attended a 450-hour seminar entitled “Special Needs Education: Learning Difficulties –Dyslexia” at the University of Athens. She was employed as a kindergarten teacher and in Charge of Curriculum in private kindergartens for many years. During the past few years, she is instructing future teachers on pedagogy. Furthermore, she is member of the team who founded and runs a series of seminars intended for parents of pre-school children. It focuses on positive discipline and is entitled ‘Happy Parents = Happy Kids’. Recently, she published two books with prewriting activities for kindergarten children entitled ‘Pencil in hand’, available from Patakis Publishers. She has also designed and curated pedagogical material for Chios Mastiha (The box of mastiha).

Dr. Anna Papazisi is a Civil Engineer who graduated from the Department of Civil Engineering of the Polytechnic School of Democritus University of Thrace (DUTh) and a Geologist from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTh). She holds a MSc in Engineering Geology from the University of London, Imperial College and a Ph.D. in Rock Mechanics from the Geotechnical Engineering Division of the Civil Engineering Department of the Polytechnic School of AUTh. She has participated in research projects and she had received a fellowship in the research project PENED. She works as: 1) a Scientific Associate at the Civil Engineering and Geomatics and Surveying Departments of the Technological Educational Institute (T.E.I.) of Serres since 2002, 2) a Civil Engineer in Attica Bank since 2006 and 3) a freelancer engineer and geologist since 2003.

Dr. Nikolaos Maragkos  is a Civil Engineer graduated from the Civil Engineering Department of Engineering Faculty in Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (A.U.Th.). He also holds a postgraduate degree "Master of Science in Antiseismic Design of Structures" from the Civil Engineering Department of A.U.Th. and a Doctoral degree (PhD) in Tunnelling from the Geotechnical Engineering Division - Civil Engineering Department of A.U.Th. Dr. Maragkos has published an array of articles in academic and scientific journals and has made numerous presentations at international conferences. He works as a Public and Private Works Designer and he is a member of a Public and Private Works Construction Company. He teaches at the School of Engineering at Mediterranean College since 2011. He was a scientific associate at the Civil Engineering Department of Technological Educational Institute of Serres during the period 2006-2013.

Christos Kouroupetroglou acquired his PhD in 2010 and his thesis subject was "Semantically enhanced web browsing interfaces". During his PhD research he investigated the impact of Semantic-Web based assistive interfaces in web browsing. He worked for a period of approximately 5 years in a variety of research programs in the ATEI of Thessaloniki. The most important of them was SeEBrowser project which was funded by the Greek ministry of Education and aimed to provide a set of tools to improve web browsing experience of visually impaired users. At the same time, he is as a scientific and laboratory associate at the ATEI of Thessaloniki and a teacher  in Mediterranean college of Thessaloniki in modules related to Internet Programming, Databases and Applications Development and Administration. His latest research efforts include the participation in the e-Accessibility2020 study which aimed to explore and analyse the referred relationships between the emerging ICT landscape, in the societal and economic context and the development and provision of assistive technologies (AT) and e-Accessibility, within a perspective of 10 years and he is also a member of the W3C WAI RDWG (http://www.w3.org/WAI/RD/). Apart from web accessibility, his research interests also include HCI especially adaptive and intelligent interfaces, Semantic Web and Web 2.0 technologies and mobile HCI.

Ioannis Kotziampasis graduated with a first class degree from the Computer Science Department of the University of Essex, UK in 2000. He received his PhD in 2004 from the University of Bristol, UK, his thesis was about Distributed Computer Networks and Virtual Environments and it was founded by EPSRC. His research interests are in Computer Graphics and Distributed Network systems. He has worked as a Software Engineer in various companies for several years for development of Computer Games, Multimedia titles and Web Services including the first computer game developed in Greece titled ‘Runaway’ which was published in 1997 by MLS Multimedia and was presented by MEGA channel. He worked as a lecturer in Technical Institute of Technology (TEI) of Serres from 2005 until 2009, teaching Visual Programming, Data Structures and Algorithms and Web Programming. He worked as a Research and Education Coordinator in the National Centre of Public Administration and Local Government and in the IT department of the Ministry of Macedonia and Thrace. Dr. Kotziampasis is currently working on cross border and transnational cooperation programs (INTERREG) after completing his specialization in the European Commission in Brussels.

Georgia  Akakiadou  has  graduated  from  the  Department  of  Informatics,  of  Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and holds a postgraduate degree “Master in Computer Science” from the same department with title: “Computer Networks – Communications – Systems Architecture”. She was laboratory associate in Technological Educational Institute, while she is active in post –compulsory secondary education since 2008. She is also an associate member in technical support and training department in TechVisions (IT company, Thessaloniki). Her research interests include all aspects of Optical Communications, Photonic Systems and Networks Security.

Ms. Margarita Nicolaidou  holds a BSc in Psychology and Preschool Pedagogy from Oxford Brookes University (UK), a Graduate Certificate in Counselling Psychology from City University of London and an MSc in Counselling Psychology ( Person Centered Approach ) from Keele University, UK. She has been trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy at Greek Society for Behavioral Research. She runs a private practice offering counselling and psychotherapy services. She is a member of the British Psychological Society (British Psychological Society). At Mediterranean College, she works as a lecturer in the last few years at HND and Master’s level.

Mr Stavros Karpouchtsis is a psychologist, graduated from the Department of Psychology, Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and holds a postgraduate degree "Master of science in Counselling Psychology" from the University of Sheffield. He works as a psychotherapist in private practice while teaching at the Psychology programmes of Mediterranean College (HND & Bachelor). He is trained in the person-centered psychotherapy and in the systemic psychotherapy and counselling. He cooperates with the center of Adlerian Psychology in Thessaloniki and the International center of Systemic Therapy in Heidelberg, Germany. He has numerous participations in International conferences and he has published papers in scientific journals and conferences. His research interests focus on issues which concern the areas of Clinical and Counselling Psychology especially anxiety disorders, marriage counselling  and group therapy.
